
Adam Stellar joined Coeur Mining in October 2015 and currently serves as Director - Land, overseeing all the land holdings for Coeur Mining’s operations in Alaska, British Columbia, Mexico, Nevada and South Dakota. Previously, Mr. Stellar also managed projects in Argentina, Chile, Bolivia and New Zealand for the company.
Mr. Stellar serves on the Public Lands Committee and Minerals Policy Task Force for the National Mining Association (NMA), the Mining Law and is serves as the AAPL Director for the Nevada Landman’s Association for the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) . Mr. Stellar has also served on the Education, Accreditation and Public Lands Committees for the AAPL and was co-chair of the Mining and Land Resources Institute (MALRI).
Mr. Stellar’s experience also extends to the oil and gas industry, where he started his career as an independent landman before going in-house for Jetta Operating Company, Matador Resources and Payson Petroleum, where he served as the Vice President of Land. Mr. Stellar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas and a Master’s of Energy Business from the University of Tulsa. Mr. Stellar lives in Houston with his wife and two children.
